Happy New Year guys!
Just so you don’t think I’ve been slacking off, I thought I’d keep you in the loop : )
As I said in the December video blog, I’ve had a lot of ideas – well over the past week I’ve been working hard creating the new website and content for it. I was originally going to post it up today, but I’ve had so many ideas that I haven’t been able to fit all of them into the week!
So my plan is this – I’ll release the new boyinaband.com site on Monday 11th January, 2010 (I know I didn’t really have to specify 2010, but I still enjoy writing 2010 as much as possible… 2010.) which is the same day I’ll be announcing the winner of the Hip Hop Composition Competition!
Incidentally, entries to said competition are now closed – to everyone that’s entered, be sure to get your friends to vote for you on the forum! (Check the competitions page for more info)
Anyway – yeah, remember the date for your calendars is (in big writing so you don’t forget)…

I really can’t wait to see what you all think of the new design. I’ll hopefully be releasing daily video content from then on as well, so there’s a lot to look forward to. As a bit of a sneak peak, I’ll tell you that I’ve recently got my Fractal Audio Axe Fx Ultra guitar modeller which I intend to explore thoroughly in some videos!
