I like a lot of comedians but their names escape my head most of the time. Steve Hughes is good, I really like Louis C.K. Bill Hicks did have a nice style, it's ranting but, like, likeable.
I'm probably gonna be better off just agreeing with a lot of people when they post their favourites, actually...
I only really like British comedians... Hugh Dennis, Omid Djalili, Jack Dee, Rob Brydon, Rhod Gilbert. Those kinda guys. American humour isn't quite as good...
Back in the day, I would've exploded the comments section of what a, "horrid, ass-sucking, douchebag" this guy is. Today, I still want to deep down, but I don't want to end up making a fool of myself.
But seriously though. What a douche.
As one of my favorite DJ's one said, "*headbangs repeatedly*"
George Carlin(RIP) and Steven Colbert are my choices for American comedians... Ricky Gervais and Stephen Fry for British. Love those guys.
Dane Cook and this guy both feed on this "angry" comedy that I see is very prevalent in American comedy a lot. That annoying passive aggressive (or not even passive at all) tone where they make fun of things they either don't understand or reject, and because they don't understand or have rejected this, people around them must have, and therefore they can relate. Put a comedic spin on it, maybe throw in a bunch of sex jokes... and you've got comedic gold.... Apparently.
bwahahahaha, this is turning into an all out Dane Cook hate thread. I don't even really know the guy except for hearing his name here and there and hearing people talk about what an absolute cunt he is. I suppose some of my favorite comedians are George Carlin (RIP), Richard Pryor (RIP), John Stewart, and Dave Chappelle.
