Hi guys I forget where you get this modification,but this modification is where you can +rep or -rep users for their reputation, here are expamples

on the sidelines on this.. it does help to see who you can trust and who is contributing... But after a while it becomes kinda pointless, and the forum has functioned well without it for as long as I've been here.

Ah I probably saw you talking about it,
You'd probably just end up with a load of butt kissers or something, or people coming on in two's and boosting their rep for each other (if rep = more time on the first page)
and if it's not used for that then it's kinda "point"less

You can limit the system to be able to give rep to the dame person only once in a month or whatever. It works pretty well on other forums i'm on. Bad apples get red dot.
