this is pretty nice man.
i like the distortion crackeling thing.
i feel the big bass is abit to big for the chill feel maybe lower it abit.
i also think you can do something more to that snare to make it abit grander maybe widening it, put on an eccho, maybe layer it with a more acoustic sounding snare. it just sounds a bit chippy at the moment

Yeah, a snappier snare with some reverb to draw it out a bit would sound great here.

The rest of the percussion is really great for the "chill" vibe. Making the rest of the instrumentation more subtle and less in-your-face would help as well.

As said, the baslines are a bit too loud, but imo maybe also a bit too aggressive. I myself found it a bit hard to "chill" to this tune.
But overall a great track ^^

Haha, I was right ready to chill and then i got slapped with a bass. Its kind of like a Ferrari in the ghetto, its really nice, its just really out of place where it is. Put some reverb and delay on that snare man! Its too dry for this song. Also, chillstep can have different levels of energy too, its just a different feel. This thing is kind of one leveled you know? Got some great elements though.

It seems to harsh to be chill, but that said It's a pretty good track, look into Eq automation on that main bass that'd really make this track

Like the little delayed animal noise (I think that's what it is)

For my personal taste, intro was sounding dope but the big bass is a little out of place in my opinion. Snare definitely is too poppy and short, drawing that out would bring the track up by alot. But over all real cool track!

Hey there!
Sweet stuff, really liking the little background chirps and stuff. Great pad work too, nicely entrancing!
- The bass that kicks in is a little to gritty for this kind of track though, I feel. It's a great sound, but not very fitting.
- Maybe add a tad of reverb on the snare
- melody and chord porgression are great!
not much to say otherwise, sweet track!
Keep it up!
Blaze.
