Which features of the old chat did you prefer? :)

I preferred the layout of the old chat better (with the names on the side and the online/idle dots). Also, I liked it better when sending too many messages too quickly simply didn't send them, not erased them and put up a message box you have to close.

I guess my only gripe now is aesthetic... since my actual problem was fixed by restarting flash lol.

So what is wrong with the way it looks?

It doesn't look balanced. Messages rarely stretch all the way across the screen and there's ssssssssoooooooooooooooooooo much white space left unused on the right of the chat box.

this problem aside, i prefered the old chat. The autoscroll is horrible, it glitches out and triple posts half of the posts in the chat, and the sound notifications fart when it's unable to update, which is about half of the time since i have crappy internet.

if it just didn't have the autoscroll and the sound effects it'd be the same except now it looks weird and the codes are more accessible... It'd be nice if it was just a simple straight up text chat.

This is exactly what happens when Facebook updates. Just go with it guys, the only thing that needs changing is the auto-scroll so we don't have to go into archive to read the missed conversation.

That's because the Facebook updates are terrible, too.
