It's a common problem with windows, that audio and midi latency thing. That's why they require ASIO drivers when macs don't.

From my understanding, Mac's use a special software package called "Warlock".

Ya, it's in beta right now, you have to do a couple things first,
You'll need sheep's blood and a pentagram.

I had the same problems, then switched to asio. The quality and latency are immensely amazing.
