Burial's Untrue. Possibly the best dubstep album anyone can start from getting inspired from and is easily the best dubstep album out there in post modern history. Also, he's the one that made dubstep, and the second album he's made (which is this one) is pure art, and is great to learn some pointers for good music from. :3

I would have said Huge Chrome Cylinder Box Unfolding or My So Called Life, but Rossz is unreal too.

Come to Daddy by Aphex Twin is a must as well

Nice to see Autechre mentioned in here, amongst others.

I always come back to these eventually: ep 7 by Autechre, Hardcore Blastoff by PsySex, Diagnostics by Technical Itch, Industry by Dom & Roland, Oneiric by Boxcutter, and Degenerate by Vex'd.. So many to choose from. Off the top of my head these are favorites, also there was one untitled album on TIP records from Orichalcum & The Deviant, from back when it was Goa trance, I'm gonna say around 97-98; kinda hectic at times but I still love it.

I'd probably throw NiN - the Fragile out there, but lately Clark has been blowing my mind so effing hard that I gotta go with... Clark - Body Riddle.
