I've been looking for a Ghost Snare sample for quite some time and haven't seemed to find any.

I actualy agree, it's very hard to make a good ghost snare.

I suggest taking the snare you're already using, pulling the volume down, and maybe applying some EQ. Try pitching it down a little as well.
