I like this girl who's 2 years older than me. We're friends, you know, like Martyn and Alex in Martyn Pig (if you've read that book) and we hang out sometimes. But she likes this guy in her year who's perfect in every possible way (to the extent that she got completely pissed, stripped for him and offered him a shag and he refused). She's not a slut, she just made a mistake. So basically she's in year 10 and I'm in year 8. BTW this guy sounds like he's actually really frickin' nice. I'd love to meet him. Thoughts? Solutions?

Well how old are you, cause age gaps are different for say maybe a 14Yo liking a 16Yo is different to a 17Yo liking a 19Yo, because the 14Yo couldn't "do" anything (if you know what I mean)

I sometimes hang around at her house because I'm friends with her brother. I don't fancy telling her how I feel because that could make church un-frickin'-comfortable. You can either tell her how you feel and see what happens, or don't tell her and just live with it and move on. It might not make things awkward, or it might only be temporary, but you'll never get anywhere by doing nothing. As for her liking another bloke, this isn't really your business. If you tell her you like her and she says "Sorry, I like him" then, fine, that's the way it is. Nothing you can do about it apart from accept it.
