I figured the forum needed a mascot, so I picked a successful looking businessman, since I thought it was entirely appropriate.

I've posted a call to action on the top of boyinaband.com to get people to come and join, so we can get this community even bigger!

So to all the forum veterans - let's be nice to the newbies and welcome them into our virtual bosom!
